In 2022, our adopted VONOA carbon spokes made their debut at the UCI WorldTour and Tour de France—proving their performance on the sport’s biggest stage. To “Explore the Limits of Carbon” and bring high-end, patent-backed carbon fiber components (including wheel sets and spokes) to every rider across Europe—without the luxury price tag.
Carbon flange structure: reduces connection points, improves power transfer efficiency and stiffness, delivering a more direct acceleration response. Full carbon spokes: 30% lighter than traditional steel spokes, combined with a titanium alloy fastening system to achieve ultra-lightweight performance and exceptional stiffness. Environmentally friendly coating-free process: retains the original texture of carbon fiber, reducing weight and reducing carbon emissions in the production process. Stiffness-to-weight ratio first: At the same rim height, we optimize aerodynamic rim design while maximizing stiffness-to-weight efficiency to ensure outstanding climbing and acceleration performance. Acceleration Efficiency: Based on a one-hour ride at a cadence of 110 rpm, PHI wheelsets reduce energy loss and deliver an efficiency advantage equivalent to at least 33 meters compared with competing wheelsets.
